Dell PowerVault ME5212 je profesionální úložné řešení v kompaktním 2U rackovém provedení s architekturou dual-active kontrolerů. Systém nabízí flexibilní hybridní konfiguraci kombinující rychlé SSD disky pro náročné aplikace a kapacitní HDD disky pro ukládání dat. S podporou protokolů SAS, iSCSI a Fibre Channel poskytuje všestranné možnosti připojení do stávající infrastruktury.
Diskové pole je osazeno čtyřmi 1,92TB SAS SSD disky s technologií Read Intensive pro vysoký výkon při čtení dat a čtyřmi 8TB SAS HDD disky s rychlostí 7200 ot./min pro kapacitní úložiště. Redundantní napájecí zdroje 580W zajišťují vysokou dostupnost systému. Architektura podporuje rozšíření až na 264 disků pomocí expanzních jednotek.
