The CX4800-56F switch represents a powerful Layer 3 solution designed for the aggregation layer of networks with high throughput and reliability requirements. It features 48 SFP28 ports with flexible support for both 10GbE and 25GbE connections and 8 QSFP28 ports for 100GbE uplink. With a switching capacity of 4.0 Tbps and forwarding rate of 2.0 Bpps, it ensures seamless operation even in high data traffic environments.
The device supports NebulaFlex Pro technology, which enables switching between local management and cloud management via the Nebula platform. The compact 1U form factor with front-to-back airflow ensures optimal cooling in rack environments. For maximum availability, the switch is equipped with redundant DC power modules with hot-swap capability and four fan units that are hot-swappable.

The switch is designed with a focus on maximum operational reliability. Redundant hot-swappable DC power modules eliminate the risk of downtime in case of single power supply failure. Four fan units ensure optimal cooling with the ability to replace them without system shutdown.

The switch supports comprehensive security including IEEE 802.1x authentication, port security, MAC authentication, DHCP snooping, ARP inspection, and IP source guard. RADIUS and TACACS+ servers with IPv4 and IPv6 support are available for centralized user management. Device access is protected by SSH v2 and SSL protocols.
Network AV Applications
The specialized Networked AV mode simplifies deployment of professional AVoIP networks for 4K video streaming. An intuitive setup wizard automatically applies optimal configuration for audio and video services. Graphical IGMP and IP information overviews facilitate monitoring and management of AV systems.
