Cisco Catalyst 1300-24XT is a fully managed enterprise switch designed for corporate branch offices and small to medium-sized businesses. It offers 20× 10G RJ-45 ports and 4× 10G SFP+/RJ-45 combo ports for the option to connect copper or fiber optic cables. With a switching capacity of 480 Gbps and throughput of 357.14 Mpps, it ensures seamless data transmission even under full load on all ports.
The switch supports advanced L3 routing including static routes and RIPv2 protocol, enabling efficient routing between VLAN networks. Thanks to its robust metal chassis, the switch is ideal for deployment in offices and data centers.
Advanced networking features
The switch supports up to 4,094 VLANs, GVRP/GARP for automatic VLAN propagation, Q-in-Q for service provider applications, and Private VLAN for port isolation. Link Aggregation (IEEE 802.3ad LACP) feature allows creating up to 8 aggregation groups of 8 ports each for increased throughput and redundancy.
Multicast and IPv6
Native support for IGMP v1/v2/v3 snooping with a capacity of 4,000 multicast groups optimizes multimedia content delivery. Complete dual-stack IPv4/IPv6 implementation includes IPv6 routing, DHCPv6, MLD snooping, and IPv6 First Hop Security for protection against attacks.
Management and monitoring
The switch can be managed via intuitive web interface, Cisco Business Dashboard, CLI via SSH/Telnet, or SNMP v1/v2c/v3. It supports RMON, sFlow, port mirroring, and RSPAN for advanced monitoring. Cisco Network Plug and Play feature enables automatic deployment and configuration.
